The Adlib Hotel construction. According to the owner's requirement, they need to turn the old place to a new luxury modern hotel total 60 keys.
The project covered new construction building, structures, architecture and all M&E system applied to the hotel.
The new suit room decoration is stunning and fantastic with modern luxury style.

The Princess Health and Spa Villa - Project areas 127 rai.
The project covered piles driving for total 7,800 piles, temporary road.fencing, cleared forest in preparing the readiness of project areas.
We also provided the structure, architecture and the interior. In addition, the 4 mock up villas with its swimming pool each have been done.

The Food Bazaar at Jungcelong - Project areas 2,500 sq.m.
The owner's requirement is to renovate the food selling area with new interior decoration of Chinese style.
The project covered all M&E system works, electricity work, air conditioner system, water supply, gas pipe installation, all areas renovated.
The project renovation was done and opened in 2015. The number of customer has been significantly increasing from then.

The Roof Renovation and Renew Boat Signature at Jungceylon
New roofs are replaced and new canopy are applied in many zones of Jungceylon.
The boat which is located in the center of Juncelon shown as its signature location have been renewed.
The polycarbonate and aluminium cladding have been used and applied to whole project areas in repairing the water leak out due to the long life time from opened for 10 years.
This roof renovation and area repairing have been done in 2014.

New Shinden Mitsu Precision factory with approximately areas 5,600 sq.m. in southern - Trang province. We provided the structures, architecture, M&E system for client's manufacturing business.

The building areas 12,000 sq.m. was renovated to be a department store. We have removed almost old building but remaining with the foundation pile and the floor beam.
Overall Architect and Interior are new. The steel structure was strenghten , floor extension, BTS link bridge , cutting floor by steel beam strenghten and escalator installed in order to increase the selling areas.

An old hotel has been renovated. It covered an enhancement of overall architecture – newly M&E system –wet work inside the hotel rooms. This also included all suit rooms
The owner has given a trust to us to renovate the half of hotel at the South Wing side. Presently, the name of hotel has been changed to “ Outrigger Laguna Resort Beach”
The hotel was designed by P49 Design.

It is the office building which has been opened for long time. Para Civil has received the trust from the owner to renovate the building and its design to be modern. The work scope covered the architecture work, all new facade ,interior work at the center point & in front of the elevator and all M&E system.
Presently, Asoke tower is one of the most modern office building in Asoke road.

The project covered the swimming pool and pond construction for the hotel ,landscape works and all overflow pools inside the Millennium hotel which is located in the Jungcelon department store at Patong Phuket.

The Jungcelon department store has modified its structure in order to serve its clients who rent the selling areas. The modified works covered the swimming pool installation at 4th floor. It is very specially made by using of glass as a material at the bottom floor of the swimming pool. This created the new excited and impressive view for all of guests at the 3rd floor who can look up and see the swimming activity of the 4th floor with relaxation.
The ex-modified structure actually can’t carry the swimming pool weighted on the back. With our modified structure,this has turned it to be possible.
Moreover, we have done the glass elevator which is the same design at Suvarnabhumi airport, various conjunction bridges ,cutting of floor structure of the old building and the swimming pool system managing.

It is the mock up room Type A, Type B, Type C which cover the area 800 sq.m. of the height 53 floors condominium of 4 buildings. The project is composed of the architecture and the interior works inside the Exchange building at 39th floor.
